- 본 발명은 HER-2 (Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-2) 표적화 압타머 복합체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 압타머 복합체를 이용하여 HER-2-positive 유방암 세포주에 대한 특이적인 세포 내 유입(cellular internalization) 및 사멸 효과를 확인하였는바, 유방암의 치료에 있어서, 보다 근본적으로 접근하여 타겟 치료를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
