The name of one of the authors was erroneously reversed and it read as Yoon Jung when their actual name is Jung Yoon Additionally in the Discussion section the following sentence was adjusted: “Furthermore, conventional manual differential counting is typically limited to a relatively small sample size (e.g., 500 cells), whereas the AI system analyzed approximately 35,000–40,000 cells per sample in our study, providing a more comprehensive and standardized representation of the marrow composition.” The figures "35,000–40,000 cells per sample" were incorrect. These values represented the total cell counts across each disease cohort, rather than the per-sample counts. As a result, the sentence has been adjusted and now reads: “Furthermore, conventional manual differential counting is typically limited to a relatively small sample size (e.g., 500 cells), whereas the AI system analyzed approximately 755–890 cells per sample in our study, providing a more detailed representation of the marrow composition.” The original Article has been corrected. © The Author(s) 2026.
