We report a case of spontaneous resolution of neoaneurysm of the coronary artery complicating paclitaxel-eluting TAXUS™ stent implantation in the proximal left anterior descending artery in a 56-year-old female. © 2006 Elsevier Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
