고환종양의 태반생성물질 분포에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

초록

There were many efforts to find out specific tumor markers of variable tumors for the purpose of early cancer diagnosis, evaluation of cancer treatment and early detection of cancer recurrence. Now many placental hormones and proteins are believed to be produced by tumors of various origins. Among these, PAP, SPI, PAPP-A, HCS and β-HCG are included. Testicular tumors, especially in nonseminomatous germ cell tumors, are known to produce several placental products such as AFP and HCG. But there is no report specific for tumor marker of seminoma. Therefore, the author tried to evaluate presence of above 5 kinds of placental products in the tissue of testicular seminoma, teratoma, choriocarcinoma, embryonal carcinoma, yolk sac tumor, embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma and malignant lymphomaby ABC method, of immunoperoxidase stain, The results are followings: 1. All 5 cases of seminoma revealed strong positive reaction along the cell membrane to anti-PAP antisera. 2. Syncytiotrophoblast of choriocarcinoma and glandular epithelial cell in teratoma showed positive reaction to anti-SPI antisera. 3. Both seminoma and choriocarcinoma, and even embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma and malignant lymphoma disclosed positive reaction to anti-PAPP-A antisera.
