일본뇌염환자의 Immunoglobulines에 관한 연구

초록

The present studies were performed to clarify the relationship between immunoglobulin classes and antibody activities in the serums of Japanese encephalitis patients and to determine the levels of immunoglobulins in the serums of normal healthy Korean. Immunoglobulins (IgA, IgD, IgG and IgM) were quantitated by single radial immunodiffusion technique. In the serums of normal healthy Korean, the range of IgA was 0.9-4.4mg/ml, IgD 0-0.18mg/ml, IgG 8.5-22.0 mg/ml, and IgM 1.0-2.8mg/ml. In th serums of Japanes encephalitis patients, IgM levels were increased markedly in the conva-lescent s erums as comparad with acute serums, IgG levels were variable in individual, IgA slightly increased, and IgD no considerable changes.
