경골의 피질내에 발생한 신경초종 - 증례보고 -

초록

The intraosseous neurilemoma is a rare primary bone tumor and most commonly occurs in the mandible. Its occurrence in the long bones, especially within the cortex, is very rare. A 21-year-old woman presented with pain and tenderness in the left leg, and radiologic findings showed an ovoid intracortical lytic defect with a sclerotic margin in the diaphysis of the left tibia. Curettage and bone grafting were performed. Histologically, the lesion was compatible with neurilemoma. No recurrence was observed during 4 months of follow-up.
