Uniform embryoid bodies of precipitated stem cells with the control of flow rate in micro well

초록
In this paper, we propose a microfluidic chip for the formation of uniform-sized embryoid bodies. The chip is designed to precipitate the same number of cells into wells as the same flow rates are guaranteed by the control of a microfluidic resistance network. In all wells, almost identical number of cells was trapped and then formed uniform-sized embryonic bodies. © 2009 CBMS.
