Development of intravascular crosstalk-free dual NIRF imaging system integrated with catheter-based OCT

An intravascular dual-spectrum NIRF/OCT system was developed for crosstalk-free multimodal imaging for atherosclerosis assessment. Through phantom and in vivo experiments, it precisely detects osteogenesis and macrophages, enhancing structural and molecular characterization for improved cardiovascular diagnostics.
