항호중구 형질 항체가 증명된 Wegener's granulomatosis 1예

Wegeners granulomatosis is characterized by necrot- izing and granulomatous disease which involves chiefly upper and lower respiratory tract. The basic patho- physiologic mechanism of Wegener's granulomatosis is still unknown but associated systemic vasculitis such as anti-neutrophilic cytoplasmic autoantidosies (ANCA). This case was involved sinusitis, pulmonary hemor- rhage, skin and kidney. The diagnosis was done by clinical symptom and characteristic pathologic biopsy findings of the nasal mucosa, skin, kidney and serology for C-type ANCA. The patient treated with cyclophos- phomide pulse therapy and steroid therapy. We report a case with references.
