초록

The development of heparinized small intestinal submucosa (SIS) for cardiovascular bioprothesis was discussed. The heparinized SIS was investigated in vitro and in vivo to improve the blood compatibility, cell attachment and calcification resistibility. The in vitro evaluation involves the activated-partial thromboplastin time (APTT), resistance to enzyme digestion and cell attachment. The cell attachment results show that the heparinized SIS attached had higher fibroblast than fresh SIS.
