Hepato-Biliary-Pancreatic Surgery and Liver Transplantation
초록
Reconstruction of the middle hepatic vein is an important part of the procedure using a modified right lobe graft. Various modifications are available depending on the specific situation of the graft and the availability of vascular grafts. It is generally recommended that tributaries larger than 5 mm in diameter be reconstructed. In this chapter, basic concepts and technical tips are discussed and an example is provided in the form of a video clip. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2023.
