壁細胞迷走神經折斷術 및 insulin刺戟이 胃液分泌에 미치는 影響에 關한 實驗的 硏究

Parietal cell vagotomy is a relatively new operation. In recent years, there are bulky articles on this subject Author carried out the gastric secretory response to insulin(0.5nit/㎏) in total 13 mongrel dogs, 8 gastrostomized dogs and 5 parietal cell vagotomized dags. Insulin was given in all dogs at 1 month interval from 1st, 2nd and up to 3rd month, Each time after injection of insulin, gastric juice was obtained 8 times at 15 minute intervals for free acidity and total acidity. 1. In parietal, cell vagotomy groupk, the mean values of free acidity after 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months of operation were 40.74%, 70.37%, 57.67% reductions respectively as compared with the value of control group, 37.8±8.73Eq/L. <Total acidity revealed 37.9%, 44.4%, 2.88% reductions respectively as compared with the value of control group, 55.4±10.59mEq/L.> 2. In parietal cell vagotomy group, the mean values of insulin responded free acidity after 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months of operation revealed 76.4%, 64.16%, 40.53% reductions respectively as compared with the value of control group, 64.54±10,05mEq/L. 3. In 1 month, 2 months, 3 months after parieal cell vagotomy, the values of P.A.O-B.A.O were -10, ＋19.6, and ＋20.18Eq/L respectively. The values of 1 month and 2 months were Hollander test negative but 3 months was late positive. 4. The value of gastrin after 3 month of parietal cell vagotomy was 52.72Pg/㎖. 5. So, parietal cell vagotomy is best operation with marked reduction of gastric acidity.
