Atypical Cystic Manifestation of Acute Pyelonephritis on Initial Ultrasonographic Examination: A Case Report

초록

급성 신우신염에서 드물게 보이는, 초기 초음파검사에서 신낭종처럼 보인 비전형적인 증례를 보고하고자 한다. 추적 초음파 검사에서 비균일한 에코를 가지는 병변으로 변하였으며 치료 후 소실 되었다. We present a case of acute pyelonephritis with an atypical imaging manifestation mimicking renal cyst on initial ultrasonogram (US). On follow-up US, this cyst mimicking lesion transformed to a mass with heterogeneous echo and then disappeared completely following treatment.
