MARTIN VIGORIMETER 를 이용한 한국 정상 성인의 장악력 및 대립력에 관한 연구

초록

The purpose of this study was to establish normative data for normal korean between 21-31 years old on test of grip strength and tip pinch power of all fingers and grip without thumb(Digitopalmar grip) and grip without index finger. A sample of 100 males and females from the students, clerical worker and medical worker. For the comparison, 50 males industrial laboo grip strength was tested. In this study, all subjects were tested with 7 different tests on both hands. 1. Grip power of each hand 2. Grip power without thumb(digitopalmar grip) of each hand 3. Grip power without index of each hand 4. Thumb-index pinch power 5. Thumb-middle pinch power 6. Thumb-ring pinch power The result was as follows. 1. The average grip strength of men of clerical worker was 110.2kpa in right hand and 106.45kpa in left hand. The average grip strength of industrial worker was 119.5kpa in right hand and 114.8kpa in left hand. The grip power of the industrial worker were 9.3kpa higher in right hand, 8.8kpa higher in left hand than clerical worker. The standard error of this study was 9.2kpa and there was no statistical significance between grip strength and occupation.
