dc.description.abstract | The author used extracts from the seeds of Dolichos lablab L. native to Korea. Study on its hemagglutination activities to red blood cells of 1,183 peoples, agglutination with human red blood cells, agglutination, titration, agglutination inhibition with human saliva and various sugar solutions, absorption with human red blood cells and agglutination with ficinated red blood cells were carried out. The results could be summarized as follows; 1. By using Dolichos lablab extracts, two types were identified. One is agglutinated blood group designated as DL(+) type, and the other is non-agglutinated blood group designated as DL(-) type. 2. 2% of normal group was in DL(-) type. 3. Agglutination activity of Dolichos extracts was not inhibited by human saliva and various sugars. 4. After ficinization of red cells, agglutination activity of DL (+) type was increased. 5. DL blood type showed no connection with special diseases. | - |
