| dc.description.abstract | 소화관 점막하 종양은 주변 조직과 같은 점막으로 덮여있고 상피하에 위치하는 특성으로 내시경을 이용한 통상적인 조직 검사로는 상피성 종양에 비해 진단이 어렵다. 초음파, 전산화 단층 촬영 등의 영상 진단 기술의 발전에도 불구하고 여전히 절제 전 진단은 쉽지 않으며 절제 후 진단되는 경우가 대부분이다. 종양의 절제 방법으로 최근에는 개복 수술보다는 덜 침습적인 내시경을 이용한 절제 방법으로 나아가는 추세이다. 저자들은 건강 검진 내시경에서 우연히 발견된 바터 팽대부의 점막하 종양을 내시경적 절제 후, 신경절 신경종으로 진단하고 치료 방침을 정할 수 있었던 1예를 경험하여 보고한다. | - |
