  • Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases (Tuberc Respir Dis) is the official journal of the Korean Academy of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases. The journal publishes high-quality, peer-reviewed clinical or research articles that contribute to the understanding of the pathophysiology, diagnosis, and treatment of tuberculosis and other respiratory diseases. The aims of the journal are to publish important articles, encourage the exchange of information between members and related healthcare providers, and improve patient and public health. The journal is distributed to members, related agencies, libraries and the International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease member countries. Manuscripts that fall outside the scope of the journal may be submitted for evaluation by the editorial board. Article types published are Original Article, Review, Image of the Month, Editorial and Letter to the Editor. The journal is published quarterly (January, April, July, and October). TRD is indexed/tracked/covered by Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI), KoreaMed, Synapse, KoMCI, PubMed, PubMed Central, CrossRef, SCOPUS, EMBASE, CAS, Google Scholar.
