간세포 선종 1예

Abstract

저자 등은 피임제 복용의 기왕력이 없는 36세 여자에서 난소의 점액성 낭포성 선종과 함께 발견된 간세포선종을 방사선학적, 병리학적 특징의 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Hepatocellular adenoma is a rare benign tumor, the incidence of which has increased since the introduction of oral contraceptives. We recently experienced a case of hepatocellular adenoma with ovarian mucinous cystadenoma in a 36 year old female patient who had no history of oral contraceptives usage. The radiologic and pathologic differential diagnosis is discussed in this patient.
