- Abstract
- 최근 비타민 D 부족이 전세계적인 건강문제로 대두 되고 있다. 비타민 D의 골격계에서의 역할과 더불어 비타민 D 결핍이 자가면역 질환, 고혈압, 심혈관 질환, 당뇨병, 암 등과 같은 만성 질환들과의 연관성이 보고되면서 이에 대한 예방 및 치료적 수단으로써의 비타민 D 역할에 대한 관심도 증가하고 있다. 대부분의 나라에서 임신 중 비타민 D와 미네랄 섭취를 권장함에도 불구하고 임신 중 많은 여성이 비타민 D가 부족한 것으로 알려져 있고, 이러한 임신 중의 비타민 D 부족은 임신과 태아 및 신생아의 예후에 영향을 미치게 된다. 비타민 D의 부족이 임신 중 미치는 영향 및 태아, 신생아의 건강에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고 임신 중 비타민 D 보충요법에 의한 임신의 주산기 예후에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.
